While I’ve had this blog, I’ve shared semi-intimate details about my life, but never really took the time to sit down and write some fun facts about myself. While I do like to learn about the deeper details about most people that I meet, I also enjoy learning the fun and smaller things about people. Though it is important to know your loved ones on a deeper level, I also think it’s just as important to know the smaller things – these minute facts make up the foundation of who that person ultimately is. Given the depth of yesterday’s post, I decided today would be a good day to write a much more laid back post, and sit down and come up with several fun facts about myself. To put a spin on it, in addition to coming up with those 26 facts, I decided to associate each fact with a letter of the alphabet. So in case you don’t know me too well, this blog post is a good place to start.

1. I was on camera for a taping of America’s Got Talent.
2. I’ve attended four different elementary schools as a child, and out of the four, Barbara Comstock Morse Elementary is the only one that hasn’t been shut down.
3. I’m allergic to Cashews.
4. The first CD I’ve ever bought was the first Disney Mania album.
5. I want to get my master’s degree in Education Administration with an emphasis on Higher Education.
6. The first play I starred in in high school was called “Back To The 80’s,” and I played a character named Feargal McFerrin.
7. I’ve only seen 2 episodes of Game of Thrones.
8. I was employed at Hot Topic for ten days.
9. “I Love You, Man” is at the top of my list of my favorite movies, alongside “Boyhood.”
10. I once ran into Jesse McCartney at a coffee shop.
11. My first concert was Kelly Clarkson.
12. My favorite flavor of La Croix is Lime.
13. I hate Mushrooms.
14. My favorite subject in Math is Number Theory.
15. I was born on October 11, 1993.
16. In addition to cashews, I’m also allergic to Pistachios.
17. I’ve been in a Quinceanera.
18. I applied to be a Resident advisor for the housing department at Cal Poly three times. I was rejected all three times.
19. My first legal alcoholic drink was a Shock Top.
20. My first solo trip outside of California was to San Antonio, Texas.
21. I currently work in the University Advancement division at Cal Poly Pomona.
22. My favorite coffee shop is Verve.
23. I know all the words to Selena Gomez’s “Who Says” in Spanish.
24. Other than my teeth, I’ve never had any X-rays taken.
25. I attended two Yellowcard shows during their farewell tour.
26. My Zodiac sign is Libra.
